The Process
Our estimator will review the customer’s objectives. Technicians will remove furniture, potted plants, etc. We thoroughly clean the entire surface removing mold, mildew, algae, fungus, dirt and dust. When preparing for sealing, the area must be neatly and thoroughly cordoned off to protect against traffic, mowers, etc.
Then, 48 hours later, technicians will apply 2 full coats of solvent-based sealant by Surface logic. Application techniques vary with different finishes, but most are sprayed on then back rolled in for uniformity. Our sealant dries to the touch in as little as 15 minutes.
